By downloading, accessing, or using Voyplorer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Voyplorer provides
Voyplorer is a travel phrase learning app. It provides phrase cards, phrase audio, romanization where useful, English meanings, usage notes, quick recognition quizzes, progress tracking, and optional language packs.
Voyplorer is not a complete language course, grammar textbook, live translator, emergency service, legal adviser, medical adviser, or substitute for professional guidance.
Using the app
You agree to use Voyplorer only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the app, its services, or other users. You may not attempt to copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the app or its content except where the law gives you a right to do so.
Phrase content
We work to keep phrase content useful and accurate, but language can vary by region, context, politeness level, and speaker. You are responsible for deciding whether a phrase is appropriate for a specific situation.
Accounts and sync
You can use Voyplorer without an account. If you choose to connect with Sign in with Apple, Voyplorer may sync your phrase progress, selected language, and free-language choice to your private app profile so that progress can remain connected to your account.
You can delete your Voyplorer account from the app settings. Account deletion removes your cloud account and synced progress data.
Purchases
Voyplorer may offer optional purchases, including language unlocks. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles billing, taxes, payment methods, and refund requests according to Apple's App Store terms and policies.

Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Voyplorer. Hosted audio, account sync, and purchase restore features may require network access and third-party service availability.
Intellectual property
Voyplorer, including its design, audio, phrase content, app structure, graphics, and branding, is owned by Voyplorer or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers
Voyplorer is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every travel situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Voyplorer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to travel decisions, missed communications, service interruptions, or reliance on phrase content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
